Sentia to build Tinden Office Project in Stavanger

HENT AS, a subsidiary of Sentia, has received notice to proceed for the Tinden office development in Stavanger.

Following a successful early-phase collaboration with K2 Stavanger and Camar Eiendom, HENT will now deliver the 8,000 sqm (GFA) office building, rising 14 storeys in central Stavanger.

The contract value is MNOK 334 excluding VAT.

Construction is scheduled to commence in April 2026, with completion planned for Q3 2028.
