The principles of corporate governance describe how Sentia shall be managed, organised and governed to ensure long-term value creation, transparency and trust for shareholders, employees and society.
These principles constitute a central framework for the company's governance, and are supported by guidelines for risk management, ethics and sustainability. The board is responsible for corporate governance, and annually reviews and reports on principles and practices. The report is considered at the general meeting.
