Sentia was born from a vision to create something greater than the sum of its parts. Our story began when three strong players in the Nordic construction industry, HENT, SSEA and Vestia, recognised the potential of joining forces. After several successful collaborative projects where we experienced clear synergies, particularly in sales and project execution, we took the step in December 2024 to formally consolidate our operations under a common umbrella.
Our name, Sentia, symbolises our shared sense and perception of what it takes to create the construction projects of tomorrow. We combine the best of two worlds: HENT's extensive experience in the Norwegian market, SSEA and Vestia's innovative approach to Swedish public and private projects.
Even before Sentia's formal establishment, we had proven the strength of our collaboration through projects such as Sara Kulturhus in Skellefteå, Kunskapsstaden in Kiruna, and Ersta Hospital in Stockholm. These complex projects were delivered to highly satisfied customers and laid the foundation for what would become Sentia.
Today, we represent a new force in the Nordic construction market, building on our shared history while writing the next chapter together. With combined expertise, resources, and a broader market focus, we stand ready to take on the most demanding construction challenges in the Nordic region.
