Dividend Policy
The Company aims to distribute more than 70% of its annual net profit as dividends over time.
2025
On the annual general meeting held on 17 March 2025, the Company resolved on a dividend of NOK 750 million to shareholders, and in addition the Group paid NOK 35 million to non-controlling interest, equal to total dividends for the Group of NOK 785 million for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
