Dividend Policy
The company aims to distribute more than 70 per cent of its annual net profit as dividends over time.
2025
On the annual general meeting held on 17 March 2025, the company resolved on a dividend of NOK 750 million to shareholders, and in addition the group paid NOK 35 million to non-controlling interest, equal to total dividends for the group of NOK 785 million for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
