Our subsidiaries in Sentia Sweden are the construction companies Vestia, SSEA, and Målbygg. The companies combine a strong local presence with technical innovation.
While Vestia primarily in western Sweden and focuses on public sector projects, SSEA and Målbygg specialise in large-scale and complex projects across Sweden. The companies are dedicated to projects that are carried out in collaboration where the customer’s priorities are at the forefront.
Vestia offers turnkey construction in partnership with clients, building homes, schools, senior housing, offices, industrial facilities, and recreational spaces – always with a clear focus on sustainability. By combining the curiosity, flexibility, and customer proximity of a small company with the expertise, experience, and delivery capabilities of a large organisation, they create measurable added value for clients and employees. This positions Vestia uniquely in its home market of Gothenburg and the surrounding municipalities.
SSEA is a nationwide construction contractor specialising in collaboration that combines the flexibility, curiosity, and proximity of a small company with the expertise, experience, and reliability of a large company. The portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, from complex hospitals and tall wooden buildings to schools and smaller renovations and reconstructions. SSEA favours early collaborations, working closely with customers to design the project.
Målbygg was founded in 2001 and has since then carried out construction and painting work in Kiruna and the surrounding areas. In 2022, Målbygg was acquired by SSEA Group and has since then worked with SSEA on urban development projects in Kiruna where the company holds framework agreements with property owners such as Kiruna Bostäder and LKAB fastigheter.
