Sentia awarded collaboration contract for the development of Basement 2 (K212) in the Government Quarter

HENT, a subsidiary of Sentia, has today signed a collaboration agreement with Statsbygg for the development of K212: Basement 2, in the Government Quarter in Oslo. The project will be carried out as a collaborative contract in close cooperation with Statsbygg.

Basement 2 is located between the A-block, Ring 1 and Møllergata, and will be constructed as an extension of the basement from construction phase 1.

Collaboration Phase 1 (project development) will commence around the turn of April/May this year and continue until a final agreement for construction is concluded. Construction is scheduled to start in January 2027, with completion of Basement 2 planned for 2030.

In addition to Basement 2, the agreement includes an option for one of the potential buildings in the third construction phase - the E-block (11,700 sqm).
