Sentia ASA – Share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Sentia ASA (the "Company") on 18 June 2026 regarding a share capital increase in connection with the Company's share purchase programme. The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Following the registration of the share capital increase, the Company has a share capital of NOK 1,210,680.984 divided into 100,890,082 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.012.
