Sentia ASA – Notification of trading by primary insider

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 10 April 2026. Today, a notice has been issued regarding the completion of an intra-group merger of Jan Jahren AS. Through the merger, 12,143,664 shares in Sentia ASA are transferred from Jan Jahren AS to Jan Jahren AS (New). Following completion of the intra-group merger, a demerger of the new holding company for Jan Jahren AS (New) will be carried out, together with a conversion of a merger receivable against Jan Jahren AS (New). Upon completion of the demerger and the conversion, Jan Jahren, CEO of Sentia ASA, will hold 55% of the shares and 100% of the voting rights in Jan Jahren AS (New) through his wholly owned company JK Jahren AS.
