Sentia ASA – Notification of Trade by Primary Insider

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 10 April 2026. Notification has today been submitted regarding the completion of an intra-group merger of Mada Holding AS. Through the merger, 1,217,327 shares in Sentia ASA are transferred from Mada Holding AS to Mada Holding AS (New). Immediately following the completion of the intra-group merger, a demerger of the new holding company for Mada Holding AS (New) will be carried out. Following completion of the demerger, May Helen Dahlstrø, EVP Hent, will hold 50% of the shares and 100% of the voting rights in Mada Holding AS (New) through her wholly owned company MHBD Invest AS.
